- Select insert in the toolbar and the click on “Get Add-Ins”:
In Outlook this is located in the Home tab: - Search for “eformity”, click on add and then on continue:
- In the application in the Home toolbar you’ll see this button:
- Click on this button to open the eformity Template Manager, you’ll get different sign in options, either using a Microsoft account or an eformity account:
- Sign in using the option that applies to you.
- Use the Microsoft account option if you’re using the Template Manager with a work account, if your organization has enabled SSO, you’ll be able to sign in using this option.
- Use the eformity account option if you already have an eformity account, keep in mind that this is the option to use if your organization has not enabled SSO.
- If you don’t have an eformity account you can create a subscription for which you can sign in using an eformity account:
Explanations for “Subscription”:
- “Company name” is the name of the organization for which a subscription will be created.
- “Subdomain” is the name of the domain where the Template Manager can be accessed. You can choose the name of the domain yourself, keep in mind that this can only be entered once and can’t be changed afterwards
- “Phone number” is the phone number of the organization.
- “City” is the city where the organization is located.
- “Country” is the country in which the organization is located.
Explanations for “Account”:
- “Full name” is the name of the user that will be created.
- “Email” is the email with which you’ll be able to sign in to the Template Manager, this is also the email to use to sign in to the domain of the organization.
- “Password” is the password with which you can sign in.
Once the subscription has been created you’ll be able to create accounts within the domain for other users in your organization.
You now have access to the Template Manager.
