Creating a user account in eformity.net

To be able to work with eformity.net, you will have to create a user account. This is how the system stores your settings. Some organisations choose to have their systems manager create all the user accounts. In that case, you will obtain your log-on details from your systems manager. If not, then you will have to create an account yourself. This is done as follows:


  1. Open Word or Outlook and click the Start button (the first button on the Start tab). A log-on screen appears.
  2. Click the Sign up button


Note  If this buttons isn't visible, this means you cannot create an account yourself. In that case, please contact your system administrator.


In the following screen enter your name, e-mail address and password.


Note Always use your business e-mail, not a gmail or hotmail address.

After entering the details and typing the captcha text, place a check mark for 'I agree with the terms and conditions of eformity' and click on Register.

You will now receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link. Click on the link in the email to confirm your account. Your account will now be activated and you will be able to log on with the details you provided (see above)
