If your subscription supports the use of multilingual documents, users may change the language of the documents. Changing the document language will have the following effect:

  • The headings, salutations and closing lines in the document will be translated into the desired language - provided the translations are available.
  • The database information (job title, international telephone number, etc.) will be translated - provided the translations were entered in the database. For more information, please refer to Modifying author profiles


To choose the document language, follow these steps:


  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Click the button Document language and select the desired language.
