Adding images for an e-mail signature

Modified on Thu, 19 Nov, 2020 at 12:34 PM

If your e-mail signature contains images (such as social media icons), you must first add these to the system before you can refer to them in your HTML. Note this does not apply to your logo. Logos are variable datasource fields that are available from your Organisation datasource and are linked to in a different way. Click here to read more about variable fields.

Follow these steps to add all other images:

  1. Open the e-mail signature screen, as described here.
  2. Click on Images and then on Add.

The following screen is now opened:

  1. Give the image a name. Note! This is the name you will use in your HTML to refer to the image.
  2. Select the image by clicking on the button to the right of the field for the image (with the small arrow pointing up).
  3. Close this screen by clicking on Create.
  4. Add any remaining images in this manner.

Now that you have added the images, you can use these in the HTML of your e-mail signature. Click here to read more.
