Depending on your subscription settings, you may only be able to view your own employee profile. If you would like to allow others to create documents and e-mails on your behalf, you will have to share your profile with them. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings screen.
- Click on the button Share personal databases. The following screen appears:
This screen shows a list of colleagues with whom you shared your employee profile. These colleagues can send e-mails on your behalf. Follow these steps to add colleagues to this list:
- Click on Add.
- In the screen that appears now, type (part of) your colleague's name in the Search field. The corresponding e-mail address appears in the results field:
Select the desired authorisation level:
View – your colleague may view and use your profiles
Edit – your colleague may use and edit your profiles
Delete – your colleague may use, edit and delete your profiles
Click on OK twice to confirm the changes.
Your data is now visible in your colleague's default employee list.
Note: If your colleague makes any changes to your profile, these will be visible to everyone who uses them, including yourself
Note 2: If more than one employee profile is linked to your account, they will all be shared.
