The Signatures list by default contains all the signatures of the colleagues that are visible to you in your Employee overview. If this list is too long, it may be possible, depending on your organisation's settings, to shorten the list.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings screen.
- Click on the button Select signature records
Check the profiles that you want to appear in your list of Signatures and confirm your selection with OK.
Close the Settings screen.
The names are now in your list of Signatures. Note: Please allow some time for the system to update any new settings.
